This handler is implemented by the RPC application if it wishes to be notifed of retransmissions. A good example is an NFS client that displays "NFS Server not responding" and "NFS server OK"

timeout

Parameters:

server - The name of the server

retries - Number of retries (initially 0)

waittime - Total time waiting for response

Returns:

bool True to abort, false to continue retrying

ok
